the haitin'

3 A.M.

The brooding...

The bounce.

The repurcussions

'another ounce'

but you can't outrun them

the haunts do their haintin'

cause while you lied
they was waitin'

for a call

hurt and all

  not unexpected...

butt...
from there on
 your ass
  is set to

fall.

came a creeping *

bird sings wary

wind blows quiet

anticipation rising

night air

from the sea

born the fog

come rolling

oÕer the town

damp air

down the alley

came a creeping

a creep named Erwin

sneaking

breathing hard

lungs constricted

with

fear air

erwin angered

by her ignorance

could bear her dullness

no more

scarce air

he strangled her

lifted her

and dangled her

threw her down

with a thud

nary a sound

devoid of blood

stale air

got to run

someone saw him

round the corner

sweating bad

eyes all over

didnÕt see a gun

as panic

fills the air

shiver

We just arrived home from Eliose’s funeral. She was quite the girl. You would not have guessed it. There was a smattering of handsome strangers, mostly well dressed. There were flowers from eleven different gentlemen. There was a Robert, a Ben, a Marshall, an Alex...a couple of Mikes, some other guys named “joe”...and someone who calls himself “Mr Shivers”. Well, that one sent a ripple through the room. And who knows? Mr. Shivers might have been any man sitting amongst us. Imagine the thrill!
 HA!

peroxide

Dexter strongly suggests she select the sanctuary of seclution. Santuary in the city, if need be, but somewhere for her own sanity and safety.
She thought about...then demurred.
Then she thought about it some more. What did she have to lose except for her innonence, which she was bound to lose anyhow?

The plunge may not have been perfect, but it was over.
New worlds to conquer, if the world would allow her....her fall from grace, a short one. He lasts five minutes – pawing, proding, barely penetrating. It was over, an instant, then he curled and whimpered. She fled.
Down the hall, down the stairs, out the door...
Swallowing the wretch inside, so acidic...peroxcide.
Before she could conceive it, her lungs exploded, and she had no choice, but to inhale...

Northener - 55

The TV was on but nothing was on it. Not even static. Not a blue glow. Nothing. As if it weren't plugged in. It was. I checked three times. I had little choice in this dank little motel, and no choice with the blizzard. I tried the radio, but only got snow and drifting channels.

Wasting Time

Derek knew that trouble was brewing but had no recourse but to go through with the plan. It was a scant plan, with no real direction but the outcome, and the outcome was highly suspect, at that. Oh, they knew well, the risks, but had nothing to lose outside of a few years in the hoosegow, and if the price was right, it wasn’t too great a price to pay.

Nathan was the man with the plan, but his focus became hazy when Wanda came around, so the boys decided that, if they were going to play, then Wanda had to stay away for a few weeks, if not longer. Yes, they knew Nate would sneak away on occasion, but gambled that eighty percent of Nate’s time was worth more than what they each had or could ever offer. Besides, Nate was the brains of the whole operation, so they had very little to complain about, but what they didn’t trust is Wanda and the trouble she would bring. Yes, Wanda had them worried, alright, but Wanda said, “I got ya covered, boys." Wanda was right again.
She'll be in for eight-to-twelve.
